7 nasvetov za nego obraza

Se ne moreš odločiti, kakšno imaš kožo? Je še najbližje, če rečeš: dolgočasna?

Onesnažen zrak, stres, tempo življenja, prehrana, …zdi se, kot bi koži zmanjkalo energije in postane dolgočasna ter utrujena…

Zato smo pri Phyt’su pripravili nekaj nasvetov, kako koži povrniti sijaj!

  1. Osvobodi kožo nečistoč
    Redno čiščenje kože je najpomembnejši del nege obraza: zjutraj in zvečer. Tudi, če se ne ličiš, uporabi Micelarno vodo ali posebno nežen čistilni gel za obraz, da osvežiš kožo in iz nje odstraniš prašne in druge delce, ki se je oprimejo.
  1. Reši se odmrlih celic
    Piling je bistven za odstranjevanje odmrlih celic, ki kožo dobesedno dušijo. Privošči si ga enkrat ali dvakrat na teden. Tako se poenoti polt in pripravi kožo, da se obnavlja.
    Rezultat: koža bo zažarela v polnem sijaju.
  1. Limonin sok na tešče 😉
    Priročno sredstvo za razstrupljanje telesa, ki so ga poznale že naše babice. Vsako jutro na tešče popij kozarec tople vodi s sokom limone. Enostavna priprava, po vrhu pa še okusno… ta mešanica očisti telo in poskrbi za zdrav videz!

4. Baterije napolni v kozmetičnim salonom
Poleg vsakodnevne rutine, ga ni boljšega za poživitev kože, kot tretma v kozmetičnem salonu, ne samo za kožo, ampak za celo telo. Priporočam ti nego s kisikom, ki poživi pusto, dolgočasno in utrujeno kožo.

  1. Lep videz in zdrav način življenja gresta z roko v roki
    Za zdravo kožo daj prednost uravnoteženi prehrani in zdravemu načinu življenja. Stavi na živila z “zdravim sijajem”, zlasti tista, bogata z betakarotenom, kot so korenje, mango, buče …, ki bodo prispevala k hidraciji in obnovi celic, tako da si bo koža lažje povrnila sijaj. Ne pozabi vsak dan znova zaužiti dovolj vode, da si zagotoviš dovolj hidracije in razstrupiš telo.
